We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover — plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed in USD.
Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment platform — the same standard used by the world's largest retailers. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and are never stored on our servers or visible to our team. Every transaction is screened for fraud before an order is confirmed.
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). We do not charge sales tax — the price you see is the price you pay. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fee if your card is issued outside the United States.
Your payment method is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships. If an item sells out between authorization and fulfillment, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
If a payment is declined, verify the billing address matches your card statement and try again — most declines come from an address mismatch. If the issue persists, contact your bank or email us at support@fanyn.shop and we will help complete the order.
Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. See the full return policy for eligibility.
