When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers). We also collect standard analytics data: pages visited, browser type and referral source.
We use your information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and — only with your consent — send marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time via the link in every message.
This site uses functional cookies for cart contents and session management, and privacy-preserving analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We load no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage your preferences anytime via "Cookie Settings" in the footer, or disable cookies in your browser; the cart will then rely on session storage only.
We share data only with the processors required to run the store: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and email service. We never sell personal information. Each processor is bound by its own privacy terms.
Order records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
You may request a copy of your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion (except where tax law requires retention). Email support@fanyn.shop and we will respond within 30 days. US residents also have rights under applicable state privacy laws — including the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You control the marketing emails you receive: every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link. For analytics, this site uses only privacy-preserving, cookie-light measurement — no advertising trackers are loaded. All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to customer data is limited to team members who need it to fulfill orders and support requests.
