Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum order value, no exclusions. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Standard orders ship via USPS or UPS with a 2–6 business day delivery window depending on destination. Fine jewelry orders (diamond and solid gold pieces) ship with signature confirmation and full insurance at no extra cost.
Every piece arrives in a padded, gift-ready box with a care card — safe for gifting without extra wrapping. Diamond studs and solid gold pieces ship in sealed, tamper-evident packaging.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@fanyn.shop with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will replace or refund the order. Claims for lost packages are filed after 10 business days past the expected delivery date.
