We describe every piece's materials precisely — solid 14K gold, 925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel, or plated brass, as labeled. Photographs are representative; natural stones and hand-finished pieces vary slightly, which is a feature of genuine materials, not a defect.
Fine jewelry (solid gold and diamond pieces) carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering prong loss, hinge failure and clasp defects. Fashion pieces carry a 90-day warranty. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, water exposure of plated pieces, and normal wear of plating.
