You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery — worn or unworn. Earrings can be tried on and worn; we only ask that returned items include all original packaging where possible.
Email support@fanyn.shop or call +1-240-793-0363 with your order number. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (US orders) and simple instructions. Ship the item back in its original box when possible.
Once your return arrives, inspection takes 1–2 business days and your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is free, so the refund equals the full purchase price.
Want a different size or metal? Start a return and place a new order — this is faster than a manual exchange and locks in current stock.
If a piece arrives damaged, email photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours and we will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — your choice.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Pierced jewelry that shows signs of wear beyond trying-on may be refused if hygiene seals are removed and the piece is visibly worn beyond a fitting.
